An influential humanitarian, Dr. Cindy Trimm is the visionary founder of Trimm International Foundation (trimmfoundation.org), a constellation of compassionate innovators leading cultural transformation through community development, the empowerment of women and girls, medical outreach, and education.

Dr. Trimm is also at the helm of the Trimm Institute for Global Leadership, which houses her education and publishing initiatives. As the executive producer of the hit movie Canal Street, a former television host, and the host of a new radio series “Take the Lead,” Dr. Trimm has established herself as one of the most recognized names in leadership development.

As the host and executive producer of the new true crime series “Mysteries & Scandals” on OXYGEN, and host of “Matter of Fact with Soledad O’Brien,” a weekly political magazine show syndicated across the country on hundreds of TV stations, Soledad has established herself as one of the most recognized names in broadcasting.

A prominent philanthropist, Soledad is the founder of PowHERful, a foundation that mentors and funds college tuition and expenses for young women.

Soledad draws from her life and career to stimulate thoughtful conversation on the roles we each play within our communities and organizations, leaving audiences with memorable takeaways on the power of individuals and companies to make meaningful and lasting change. Dr. Caroline Leaf is a cognitive neuroscientist with a PhD in Communication Pathology and a BSc in Logopedics and Audiology, specializing in metacognitive and cognitive neuropsychology. During her years in clinical practice she developed an original theory of the science of thought, as well as her unique Switch on Your Brain with the 5-Step Learning Process® and the Metacognitive-Map™ learning tool based on this research.

Her passion is to help people see the power of the mind and the link between science and God as a tangible way of controlling their thoughts and emotions, learning how to think, learn, and finding their sense of purpose in life.

She frequently lectures to thousands of students, adults, and corporate audiences worldwide, teaching them how to use their minds to detox and develop their brains for optimal thinking and improved brain performance.

Dr. Leaf has published a number of articles in academic journals and consumer magazines, and has been widely interviewed in newspapers, on radio and on television shows about her research and theories.
